The Love Story package is the perfect package for the couple who wants to hire a professional for peace of mind when it comes to the months leading up to the wedding, and most importantly, their big day! Now you can just sit back and watch your fairytale unfold. We will develop a personal understanding for your vision as well as help execute it. Delegate the tasks left on your to do list by handing them off to us! We put together, confirm and execute final details and tasks (i.e. seating charts, RSVPs, vendor confirmation, wedding-day itinerary and rehearsal dinner) along with being the direct contact for vendors. No need to feel overwhelmed when you have us on your team! This allows our couples and their families the opportunity to enjoy the wedding (and weeks prior) as they planned without being bothered with vendor questions and concerns. We will help finalize your planning on a strong note, get everyone down the aisle and stay until the night is over!

Month of Coordination

The La Vie En Rose package is great for couples who have planned their wedding but want some peace of mind. This package is perfect for couples that need help with vendor management, an individualized wedding day itinerary, and one hour rehearsal coordination. We will cue the bridal party for all important events, along with the DJ or band. We will coordinate and maintain a timeline of events during the ceremony and wedding to ensure the wedding is flawless and without a hitch. We will take care of the couples exit and other personalized wedding elements. Additionally, we ensure that cleanup procedures are followed by the vendors.This package allows our couples to feel at ease! After all, your wedding is one of the most memorable days of you life!

Day of Coordination

The It’s the Details package is for the couple who has completed their planning and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. The entire week leading up to the wedding, we will develop an understanding for your wedding day vision. We will connect with and be the point of contact for all your vendors from now on. We will step in for any day of emergencies and make sure the details are as you envisioned. This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!

Vow Renewal / Anniversary Coordination
